I ordered the UWU wooting but want to cancel it. Ive submitted a request and the order was placed within 24 hours from now. It told me to put a hold but It doesnt give me the option to and doesn't let me cancel it. It says "The order has already been processed for fulfilment." I tried to refund the order but it also says since it hasnt been shipped out so I should try and cancel it. I've submitted a ticket and want to cancel it before it gets shipped out and get a refund. How long will it take for them to respond to my cancellation?

Bankai is slightly misunderstanding here.
Once an order is submitted to our fulfilment centers, we lose control of the order. It is not our company managing the order at that point.
Your order has been submitted, and thus we cannot do anything to it anymore. It is for all intents and purposes "out of our hands"
Once the fulfilment center ships the order, you receive tracking and may be able to refuse delivery ahead of time or on delivery. Kind of depends on the courier.
