I‘m also searching for the initial choice which of the 3 arrow key layouts one would like.
I don’t want to bind the keys individually and I don’t’t want to reset to factory

Have you tried going to the "remap" tab in wootility?
there you can just drag it onto the keys you wish
i know ive done that way back but since the layout choice came i chose them all and messed my keyboard
maybe because you don't have a full size... i have a Two HE and maybe that's why I don't get this
where do you want them to be then?
bottom right
using FN key?
yeah
try going to remap, then on top, where your keyboard picture is and there is "main layer" tab next to it... see it?
click add layer underneath and go to remap, then set this FN layer
and you must select that new layer you made, click on itć
then you find the arrow symbols and drag it wherever you want them
if you cant find the arrow symbols they are under the "Extended Characters"
