Wooting 60HE V2 Split Randomly Disconnecting

Hi, my wooting keyboard keeps on randomly disconnecting, ive updated to latest firmware and got rapid trigger + snappy tappy SOCD enabled. Please fix

Hmm, one thing i'm using the is the old 60HE cable to connect the keyboard, not the latest one provided. Maybe this is the problem?

i’m 99% sure this is not the problem

its the same exact cable for the v2

It's not compatible with the Two HE, not 60HE v2.
