#Flagging my order for no reason?

I already did. Its a terrible experience to be honest that I am having with your website and ordering process in general.
My address was correct and your systems flagged it. I've never had my address flagged in the 20 years I have lived here? Also I have ammended it so that the automated system wont flag it again, now I have to wait for manual approval? I just want my order to be processed. Do I have to cancel my order for the THIRD time to get my order automatically delivered like I am trying to do?
It's the holidays. We're working as fast as we can in spite of the days not worked. Cancelling your order is unlikely to help matters.
Depends - If you're going to take 2 days to respond, it will indeed be faster for me to cancel this order and place a new one.
Which risks getting flagged once more. Also we still need staff around to help process a cancellation.
I just want my order delivered asap, its why I cancelled the first order. You told me that everything was in stock, then at the end of the checkout process asked if I wanted to add additonal items, I chose the travel case. Later when I logged into the web portal it told me my order would not be sent out until the travel case was in stock which was ages away. So I cancelled the order and placed a new one because I was angry that you didnt convey this additional item would delay my entire order.
And now this issue with the shipping address? I don't understand how you can fuck up a order process this badly. Just improve your UX when it comes to adding additonal items, indicate they can delay the entire order if not in stock and improve the system you are using for flagging addresses as clearly it sucks.
You're more than welcome to mention this in your support ticket as feedback. There is however nothing I can do for you here.
Its not in my interest what you do with the information - I'm just raising it to you that it sucks as an experience and will likely cause frustration for future customers, I don't have the time to submit another support ticket - sorry
Please get someone to flag my order as being okay to ship out. I am not happy waiting in a line of support tickets given that the issue that caused this was automated and caused by some terrible address checking system
