Someone please help me. My keyboard was working normally until I accidentally clicked update while I was in the middle of a game, and then my keyboard lost connection. After that, I unplugged the cable, and now the keyboard shows no response at all. I can still hear the connection sound between the keyboard and the PC, but the keyboard RGB does not turn on, and when I connect it to the software, there is no signal or response from the keyboard at all.

Hello @smoky adder, completely disconnect the keyboard (remove the cable), change the cable and reconnect it, then put the old cable back in. Maybe that will work.

Yes, I also tried using it on another PC with a different cable, and it was still the same.
