60HE delaying input sometimes

ive had the same software issue as a bunch of people recently had (pressing keys on its own etc. my pc crashed a few times till i kinda fixed it (reset). just before that my keyboard started delaying inputs for like 5 sec intervals here and there, recently its gotten worse, i reset the kb after that once again, updated to the newest verion, currently running the v5.3.0-beta.1 but the problem remains
mainly occurs when playing overwatch but also on discord, just like rn while im typing this rip

anyone having the same issue and know how to fix it?
