Honest Review of my wooting 80he

I have owned my 80he for almost 1 year so heres my review. So far i enjoy it very much and use it daily so i have very few issues with it other than a few minor problems that arent really a problem. things i like is the fact i can edit it in my browser its great build quality even if a bit pricey. Its also quite durable as i have on accident knocked it off my desk. things i would like is that for some of the stuff like keycaps to be more styles like the optimum one to be a 80he also maybe a few more case and keycap colors. i would also like if later one simmilar to the wooting uwu for one to be a kinda touch screen that u can use to like change songs see what song etc. with the keycaps though id wish that like the magnetic wave came also in 80he. with cases though for like the ow60 i like it but its expensive so i wish with the regular cases u can kinda add or customizations to it like split color or even peralescent. for the module though i wish it would come it black with white for where the switches go that way it kinda matches with those who want to have a full black one so the color kinda pops more. other than that i dont have problems with it.

Well I see a good amount of post in this server talking abt 80he spamming keys or just not working or even disconnecting on any touch of the keyboard

I'm scared it might happen if I get one

But from what I search everyone with every keyboard gets issues but here they get some help

its as if you went to a car repair shop and went "huh there's a lot of people here with issues, that must mean all cars break all the time". People go to the support chat if they have a problem, not if everything is ok

consider the amount of keyboards wooting has sold and then divide by how many people ask for help and it's not that big of a percentage, and even if you do happen to run into issues support will help you, as you already stated

i dont think 80he has had any more issues than any of our other keyboards relative to sales volume

so yes you might experience an issue but its unlikely. should you experience an issue you can always reach out to support. in the first 30days after receiving it you can also decide to get a refund no questions asked and other than that you have 4yrs of warranty on the device should you not return it in the first 30days

opening the device doesnt void any warranty of course. neither does modding the keyboard unless its permanent and irreversable things or you start soldering to it or such.

I think if im being picky, the issue that is solely for 80he is the zinc sharp edges that dont hold the ecoating well
