I’m trying to swap out my switches on my wooting 60he v2 and I noticed the leaker tikkins are extremely hard to take out, could it be the provided tool? Or am I not using enough force? I’ve tried one switch and it seems that I damaged the switch destroying the points that make the switch click in. Any solution to this? Thanks.

Solution is to get a good metal switch puller. For now you can disassemble the keyboard and push the switches out of the plate, will be way easier and faster than pulling them with an included plastic switch puller.
And try wiggling and getting out the bottom/south side of the switch first. It seems a bit easier that way.
