Hey so i just received my wooting 60he V2 and that's my first wooting keyboard, but when i've downloaded wootility it ask me to update the firmware so i launch the update but at step 3 of the update it just says there is an issue and that i need to un plug and replug the keyboard but when i do it the keyboard dont work anymore and i need to restart the pc to make it work again, i was so hyped to get a wooting but if i cant remapp the keys and can't adjust fast trigger my wooting wont be better than m'y old keyboard 😅

It doesn't work either
The keyboard firmware dont want to update, the keyboard is detected but at when i try to update the keyboard isnt detected anymore

Ah nice, but still odd that this happened. Is the keyboard plugged directly into the motherboard using the included cable? Do you have any RGB softwares running in the background? They can interfere with Wootility's connection to the keyboard.
Yes the keyboard is directly plugged in the motherboard with the included câble and i dont use any RGB software
