I 've had my keyboard for one day and suddenly it disconnets. Now when i unplug/replug the keyboard my computer says the "USB connected" sound and sometimes my keyboard light up for like 0.5 sec, but most times 9/10 times, it doesn't. When it does connect for a brief second it presses all sorts of weird buttons and then crashes (turn off).
I've obviously tried different usb cables and different computers with same results.
Anyone else? Can I do something or is it just broken?

Is the firmware up to date?
Is the keyboard plugged directly into the back of your PC using the included cable?
Have you tried using 1k polling rate? Wootility > Settings > Keyboard settings

Yes i updated it as the first thing, when I got it and it worked fine yesterday.
Yes, using the cable from wooting and directly intro the computer. It seems like there is a loose connection at the usb-c port. Sometimes i can make it connect, but if a move it a bit or try to use it i disconnects.
i just connected it and it has lights on, but with the slightes touch to the usb-c port it disconnects

Already done, but they have 5-7 days of reponse time 🙁 Was so happy to finally recieve my keyboard, so was hoping someone could help me here, so i dont have to wait so long again.
