Hey there, my question in short is:
how can I track the support ticket responses other than email replies?
I’m not sure if my response is received by the support team, and I couldn’t really find a section on the Wooting Hub for tracking support tickets.
Also, my ticket was about the shipping of the pre-ordered 60HEv2, batch EU-marionet-0, where it’s been stuck at “Label Created” from UPS. It’s been over a week and half, not sure what’s happening.
Appreciate the help and comments in advance!
Any idea on the UPS shipping problem? I just saw a previous thread talking about it.
