Are you using included USB cable?
Is it plugged directly into the motherboard? If so, try a different port.
@unreal needle Yes, I've already tried other USB ports, I've also tried another USB cable, and the problem persists.
Is the firmware up to date?
Also have you tried decreasing the RGB brightness? Turning off 8k polling rate in Wootility > Settings > Keyboard settings?
After you tried the steps above, could you open the Analog-Monitor (https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/) and see if any key registers without you doing anything. Besides this, could you try a completely new and empty profile.
Magnetic desks also can cause issues, such as Secretlab Magnus Pro etc
Ah yes that's what I forgot to ask lol, check for interferences like metal desks as mentioned and other objects with magnets in them close to the keeb
I have a Secretlab Magnus pro 😰 (and yes the firmware is up to date)
Ah there you go
It's probably the desk that is interfering. But nothing a large mousepad or keyboard mat can't fix I'm sure.
If you don't have a thick mousepad, get a Keebmat for your keyboard. Can help with the interference.
And to make matters worse, I have the metal case 😰 I already had version 1 and yet I had zero problems with it 😕
Metal isn't the issue, magnetized metal is. Chances are you're using the magnetic cable routers bundled with your desk - they magnetize your desk and create issues. Demagnitizing your desk is an option but pretty robust. So a simple (thick) mat would be the easiest solution.
