#Wooting wont connect

It keeps showing that there isn't a compatible device to connect. Whenever i plug and unplug I here the noise on windows going off as well as it does show the wooting restore in device manager, Happened after I installed new update

Have you tried restoring with the web software?

Have you tried restoring after plugging the keyboard into a different USB port on the back of your PC?

Did you restart your PC after attempting the restore? Sometimes a restart can fix issues if Windows assigned the wrong drivers.

Do you have access to another PC or laptop to perform a restore?
