I want to know if wooting can ship my keyboard with a courier because the post office is really sketchy.

how they handle delivery in your local/area country is also out of our control as they may hand it to a local delivery partner instead of delivering themselves

yes but if dhl/ups/whatever other carrier has a contract with a local delivery company then we have no influence over this.
