I already tried restoring it but it says I have to connect the HID which it won’t show up for one of the steps
@oblique charm
Can you check Device Manager if the keyboard is detected as "Wooting Restore"
Try using the app instead and a different USB port.
I tried a different usb port already but i’ll try the app
how do I check that
Theirs nothing that says wooting restore
How do I get the app?
Try manually putting the keyboard in restore mode:
Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right and the bottom-right keys. While holding them, plug the keyboard back in. After that, press 'Reset Device' in Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot.
Looks like it's stuck in restore mode
How do I fix that?
Can you try restoring with the desktop app one more time: https://wooting.io/wootility
Also if you have access to another PC or laptop, attempt to restore it there
