i tried updating also but before i update it shows that my wooting is disconnected

same thing for me, Wooting Two HE, no sign that the keyboard ever got any connection at all new from the box. make sure to start a support ticket, good to start the wait time even if someone can help here

open wootility, make sure youre in the demo mode/see your disconnected keyboard, click help on the very left, select the keyboard you have and follow the instructions
