Likely an internal JST cable got loose during shipping. Please try pushing both ends of the cable into the connectors.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard

Can you check Device Manager to see if the keyboard is detected at all when you plug it in?
