I got the new wooting 60he V2 and i updated it, switched to all different usb ports on my pc, also disabled power management on device manager for all usb ports, and also factory reset the keyb on wootility. the profile I customize is always in the top row (as shown on picture) but everytime I reboot my pc the keyb settings and profiles are back to factory settings. help plsss idk what else to do the keyboard is a week old at most!
