Normal? No. Due to the sheer amount of tickets for order edits we've received as a result of the founder's campaign, black friday and 60HE+ price adjustments? Yes unfortunately.

I fully respect the situation and know you guys are swamped and are working as fast as you can.
I will keep checking my mail (and spam folder) and hopefully it will be responded to before the order ships 17-29th.
@sweet stirrup saw you respond in a thread that the latest tickets you guys have are from the 12th of December. Mine was made the 29th of November.

That was a mistake on my part. I thought the original post was regarding a technical ticket,
for refence we have different mail boxes
As the issue is for orders, that changes the matter.
