MY keyboard is going crazy after i updated it

I just updated my keyboard and its spamming every key and opening random thins and fully breaking my pc. How do i fix it? Everytime i plug the keyboard into my pc it starts going crazy

Having the same issue.

It seems to happen mainly when I open wootility but the keyboard is just generally dropping inputs and the likes constantly all of a sudden

Mentioning the model, wootility app version and firmware version would help us track down any issues. A video also helps if possible.

I got wooting 60he+ and using the new wootlity app and i cant even use the keyboard at the moment

When i use the white wooting under the normal wooting 60he which is a but older, it works perfectly. I didnt update that one

Everything worked fine before updating wootility,now it fucked my PC so badly that I will need to reinstall OS

If you have issues with your 60HE after the latest firmware update, please try downgrading firmware to v2.11.0:

Yea i trierd everything in the video and didnt work. But @waxen quarry the problem is my pc cant detect the keyboard because the second i plug the keyboard into my pc the WHOLE pc freezes so i cant go in and select a test build

Put it in restore mode first, then you should be able to perform a restore in Wootility:
Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right and the bottom-right keys. While holding them, plug the keyboard back in. After that, press 'Reset Device' in Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot.

quick, my wooting that doesnt work is 60he+ and there is no plus when i have to chose a keyboard. Does that matter?
