Mine has a problem with the Q key, I don't know what it could be. I had to open a ticket.
@jagged marten Does this happen if you create a new profile?
No, it started happening when I updated my keyboard and it even happens when I’m trying to unlock my pc
Make a new profile and set your settings then?
If the issue persists even with the new profile, downgrade the firmware:
https://wootility.io/?test-builds=true > Settings > Updates > Select test build > v2.11.0+rollback
Based on the video I sent, does this behavior indicate a possible defect in the Q key module on my Wooting?
Does it happen after replugging the keyboard?
That looks like a messed up calibration
Replug it
I'm out of the house now, when I get there I'll do it my friend.
Thank you everyone for your help! Official Wooting support noticed a possible firmware issue and asked me to test a rollback/beta firmware. I'm testing it now and letting you know if there's anything new.
Same here. It happened to me right after the update too. Have a feeling the update messed up the onboard profiles. My keys started spamming by themselves, and pressing one key would trigger a bunch of nearby keys at the same time. A hard reset fixed it for me.
