I just gotten my 60he v2 and after taking it out of the packaging plastic bag, I saw the USB-C port not properly aligned. I can press down on my keys slightly to push it into alignment but as soon as I release the pressure it comes back up again. Is this normal or is my 60he v2 faulty?

No, not normal. Pull the module out using the included puller and make sure the dampening inside the case is sitting flush.

It's better now but it is not perfect. Is this the normal alignment? Otherwise I will try to reposition the dampening

That seems fine, but can try repositioning the dampening one more time and pushing the module down more.

I will do that. The first time it came out when I tried to pull the keycap to reveal the pull hole 😂
Btw, great acting from Sander and Calder, they are naturals 
It has moved lower a tiny bit more. I think it might be the best I can get with the silicone dampening. The cable went in normally, without pushing or bending it in any way, I'd say that's a good sign.
