Hello my wooting60HE suddenly stopped working after I clicked update on the software. I tried unplugging and trying different usb ports nothing is working my wooting is black.

Look at the keyboard, is Win key RGB enabled?

Then it works. Most likely a software interference or you have Sticky keys/Filter keys enabled in Windows settings.

Disable background apps one at a time and turn off any overlays, like Nvidia, Epic, Overwolf, AMD.
