Have you tried restoring the keyboard? make sure to save your profiles first:
Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right and the bottom-right keys. While holding them, plug the keyboard back in. After that, press 'Reset Device' in Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot.
I'm trying to make an account on Wootility but it isnt registering my keyboard plugged into my pc

some random letter keys dont type
it was 2-3 weeks old
