My profile wont save and it just says that there was an error when trying to save my profile. It also wont let me make any profiles because they all just change to the new fps game profile

Do you have any RGB softwares running in the background? If so, disable them and replug the keyboard, as they can interfere with the Wootility's connection to the keyboard.
