some couriers like to 'skip' the first scan after the label has been created. so then it looks like nothing is happening :(

I ordered mine last friday and just now (like 7 hours ago) got the confirmation that it is being sent so might need to wait a little

I was talking about the support, my package ive been waiting since the 8 but they sent me a replacement shipment and i was able to switch my order

if the label created step does not update

that means the package is lost most likely and they will replace or refund it wooting support is amazing and swift
