Hey guys,
My Wooting 60HE is registering random presses of the Q key in CS2, even without touching the keyboard.
• Mainly happens in CS2
• Q = left strafe, character walks alone
• Rapid Trigger activated
• Q actuation at 1.5 mm
• Updated firmware and Wootility
• I've already tested resetting the profile, changing USB and turning off RT
Does anyone know if this could be a Hall sensor or a defect in the switch?
If you are experiencing your keyboard pressing random keys and opening programs, then you came to the right video. The issue is usually caused by an instable amount of voltage entering the board. Follow along to see what you can do about it.

Tomorrow I'm going to remove the switch and clean it to see if it solves it. Watch this video, friend. I reduced the brightness, but the problem continued.
If you use https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/ can you maybe screenshot or record how the Q key reacts, or if other keys are being "pressed"?
I made a video. Can you analyze?
Do you have SecretLabs desk or any magnetic things near the keyboard? Does a unplug and replug help?
Friend, I don't have magnetic objects nearby.
Just an Astro A50X headset next to the keyboard.
I set the actuation to 1.5mm, but the problem persists.
I'd suggest making a ticket with official support https://wooting.io/support

I opened a ticket with support. Based on the video I attached, does this behavior indicate a possible in the module on the Q key of my Wooting?
You're asking a lot out of people here, expecting them to be able to read Spanish. 😄
Sorry friend, I'm from Brazil, the print I sent had the translation active, forgive me.
Thank you everyone for your help! Official Wooting support noticed a possible firmware issue and asked me to test a rollback/beta firmware. I'm testing it now and letting you know if there's anything new.
english only in the server please
sorry, to be clear im asking about importing taxes on Brazil (which we both live)
because as I bought 60HE v2 I am kinda scared of the +90% taxes
You should be. Brazil has crazy import duties.
