#Combining order taking forever

I ordered the v2 module on the 4th of this month. Then i wanted extra switches, but i couldn't add 2 types of switch in the module order, it only allowed me to pick 1.

So i placed another order immediately after for lekker tikken switches, which it charged me shipping for.

I requested the orders to be combined, paused my order and everything as e-mail directed me to.

It's now been 7 business days and no e-mail and anything regarding my order to be combined.

How long does support take to do these requests? I regret even purchasing a second order of switches because now it's taking forever, and e-mail says because of the request that my order might be pushed back even longer?

It's taking longer than normal due to the sheer number of order edit tickets that we've received during the campaign, black friday and the price drop on the 60HE.

We're going through them as fast as we can, but it does mean having to wait longer than our usual estimate.
