Unless someone has the cable and tests, you're not going to get a clear answer. Gotta buy it and try it out - hopefully they offer returns, if it doesn't work for you?
Most cables should work fine, though you may be limited to 70% LED Brightness or slightly lower if Tachyon mode is enabled.

They claim it's compatible so, probably is 😆

Well if they say so, I'd be inclined to believe them. Worst case you can probably get a replacement or refund if it has issue - since they seem to have tested it 🙂

Ah yeah, Mr Thockfather tested that cable, fully compatible with the v2 8k polling.
