i got my 80he today and the windows key,backspace,slash key,enter and right shift all don’t work. they show in wootility as being registered but don’t function anywhere else

If they do, make sure you don’t have sticky keys enabled or something wrong in your windows settings that’s preventing from them being recognized normally.

Have you updated the board and software? May want to unplug/replug the keyboard and/or restart pc and see if it’s just a bug.

yes i updated the keyboard tried unplugging it and restarted the pc and it’s still the same
