Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!
Do you need to...

- Change the items in your order?
- Change your shipping address to a different country?
- Return a recent purchase?
- Get warranty support?
All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
For a prebuilt keyboard, you should expect to receive a product that is simply plug and play. What you received is not that, and that's not cool - sorry about that.
With that said, there are a few possibilities here:
- Your port is actually missing. I can't fathom how this is possible knowing our QC process, let's hope that didn't happen here.
- Your port broke during shipping. Possible, but only if there was a defect during manufacturing where it was not correctly attached to the PCBA.
- An error was made during final assembly where the sound dampening wasn't correctly positioned.
For 1 and 2, there's no choice but to do a replacement under warranty. We will of course cover any shipping costs, but it will take some time.
If there was a mistake during assembly, it's possible we can fix it and you'll be all set.
First, please remove the right Alt key using the included keycap puller.
Then, use the included module puller to remove the PCBA from the case.
Send pictures of what the underside of the PCBA looks like
Mine has it like that
@meager frigate once you take out the module and snag those pictures, please ping me
Phew, I'm glad it was #3....

Can you please follow up with a support ticket to formally notify Wooting if this problem so that we can do root cause analysis on our side?
