Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience with Colis Privé, the courier used for my Wooting order, so others can be aware.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my address in Toulon.
Colis Privé falsely reported a “delivery attempt”, even though nobody came to my home.
Now, the parcel is being sent to a relay point tomorrow, without any option to get it delivered today.
Contacting their customer service was a nightmare: they are unhelpful, and you often get hung up on.
This experience has been very frustrating. I hope Wooting is aware that using this courier can cause unnecessary delays and stress for customers.
Just a warning for anyone expecting deliveries via Colis Privé: be prepared for false delivery attempts and poor support.
