Hello, i made a request to change the switches in my order on the 29th of November as i chose the wrong once by mistake.
It said I would get a replay within 2-7 working days. And it’s been 10 days now, I fully understand the overwhelming amounts of tickets that have been flowing into the support team. I was just wondering if it got lost or something as I made a general ticket later the same day about something else and that one got replied to 3 days later.
My order is set to ship 17-29th.
Just wondering if it’s better to order the switches in a separate order and then just return the once in the main-order if I don’t get a reply before shipment.
Reason for asking is that I don’t want to cause any delay in shipment on my main order.
