I got this keyboard between 2023-2024 and been using it since. Today I came back home from work. Woke up my computer with my mouse and tried it with the keyboard but it didn't work. The keyboard didn't light up. Doesn't seem to accept my button commands when I try to punch in my password to log in. I unplugged it and plugged it into a different ports on my PC, I remove the usb cord from the keyboard itself and that didn't seem to help. Appreciate any help and feel free to redirect me if this is not the proper place to post this question on this server.
