My wooting 80he module is not turning on

My module doesn't turn on when in the case, i was told by support the cable is meant to be bent slightly but still the module only works when the jct cable is straight and outside the case. At first i thought it was the cable, but support send me a new one and its still not working. This sucks especially after waiting for 10 for the replacement cable.

What can i genially be doing wrong? I been trying to get it to work for 2 hours now, So at this point any ideas or help would be appreciated. All I want is for my keyboard to work after sending £200 and waiting 2 months for everything to take place.

Well cable issue fixed but now my keyboard turns off when I click the key. Truly everything that could have been wrong has gone wrong

That does still sound like the JST cable disconnecting. If pushing keys, especially near the top left corner
