#why does Wooting say my v2 is shipped but GLS say they dont have it yet?

You can find that on the Wooting Hub! There you can also add upgrades, update your shipping address, and much more.
Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!
Do you need to...
- Cancel an order?
- Return/Refund an order?
- Get assistance with placing an order?
- Change the items in your order?
- Change your shipping address to a different country?
- Return a recent purchase?
- Get warranty support?
All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Because once the tracking label is created in their system, it'll be sent to you. The package still has to be picked up by them at end of day and scanned into their systems at their sorting center.
This could take up to 72 hours, depending on how busy their sorting center is.

Hey mate - any updates on your order? Mine has been "expecting" for 5 days now. No update from GLS, nothing.

But if I remember correctly, it did take some time before it got out of expecting

For me it’s did take a couple of days but you can always ask some of the staff here they are really nice

Ik, it says that if it takes more than a week i should contact support and i did, but i just got 1 response and thats it, didnt help though.
Do you mean the auto reply to inform you that your ticket was created? Answers can take a while, they're still getting lots of requests
No one can help you here. If the shipment takes longer than the stated timeframe in the link I shared earlier, we can ask the courier to investigate.
