#Restarting keyboard deleted onboard profiles, can i get them back?

Was troubleshooting restarting my keyboard since my w key, it was a problem where i tapped w but after i let go of the key the input lingered then the w input stopped (only on w key btw) so i resetted my keyboard which fixed it but it deleted my onboard profiles, anyway to get my profiles back?

this troubleshooting option btw (look at image)

if you did a factory reset or firmware restore then no the profiles are gone

not really no and a restore or reset always deletes the onboard profiles. they both format the storage on the keyboard by necessity to restore well factory defaults and as part of a clean flash

im not aware of any way to restore or firmware recovery without deleting all the onboard data. the only way to get firmware flashed without data loss is an update
