I placed my order because it showed as in stock and expected to ship soon, as I planned to receive it before Christmas as a gift. However, the status is still “ready to pack,” and the estimated delivery date keeps moving later each day. I’ve also emailed several times to update my order but have not received any response, so at this point I simply want the package shipped.
Could you please follow up and ship my order as soon as possible, as it won’t be helpful if it arrives after Christmas?
