Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

unless did u do that in the confirmation as its abt to ship?
If you haven't confirmed your address yet, you can still change it. If it's already confirmed then only support can still change it, afaik. I don't think Wooting themselves have a problem with it, but depending on where you live and which courier delivers your package, they might potentially refuse to deliver. At least here in Germany, I know that DHL is fairly strict in that regard and often refuses to hand over the package if the address isn't perfectly matching. The safest bet would be to put the order on hold, contact support and wait until they get back to you.
You don't put anything in the second field.
Unless you live in an apartment complex or something.
The street address is the full address.
Roadname 45 (with ABCD or whatever)
Field 2 is for "1st floor on the left" and such.
