Just assembled and plugged in my 80HE Nordic Iso and it just says device descriptor request failed
Tried New usb c cable and a different pc

is it the internal jst cable you're talking about reseating? if you've done that and it didn't work, you're probably best off sending in a ticket through support

that looks very much as if it's the JST cable, but if you're sure it's fully in, then contact support like mentioned
