I have a question: Does the return only apply to the defective PCB, or to the entire order—including the switches, case, and PCB? If it applies to the whole order, I would return everything. In that case, do I need to remove the switches, or can I send the keyboard back fully assembled? I'm asking because, to be honest, I'm a bit worried about removing the switches, as they are sitting very tightly on the PCB.
