#Hey! I need help with a Wooting 60HE stuck in “Wooting Restore” mode.

The issue started after an interrupted firmware update.

Windows detects it as Wooting Restore

But Wootility Web doesn’t detect it (HID window shows “No compatible device”)

Tried:

forcing HID drivers

disabling driver signature enforcement

reinstall / uninstall USB drivers

different USB ports & cables

different PC

Still stuck in restore mode and not recognized by Wootility

I think I need the Firmware Flash Tool to recover the bootloader.
Can someone from the team help me with that?
