They tell me to cancel it, but I can't. They tell me to wait for it to arrive (when it will never arrive because it's in the queue). It won't let me cancel from the queue; the cancellation process gives an error (indicating that it can't be canceled according to the HTTP header).
In the end, I don't have the product. I can't cancel it. I can't return it either. And the problem is that it never even left the warehouse because, as soon as I placed the order, I put it in the queue... It's the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any product; it's like being held against my will.
In the end, I'd rather get a refund; this doesn't inspire confidence.

As Mansen said in https://discord.com/channels/167181566978555904/1445461095987806238, they can’t directly help with order support over discord. That is strictly handled through email, which is backed up more than usual due to the influx of support tickets. Have you tried to clear browser cache or try another browser? Also, don’t create multiple threads on here for the same issue. And threatening legal action (not sure what for…the system being less convenient than you want?) isn’t the way to go when communicating with support.

It must have been a misunderstanding by the translator; I didn't "threaten" anything, far from it. I simply stated that, even knowing I would ultimately have the option of legal action (if I ever had any recourse), I feel defenseless because there seem to be systems in place, but there aren't any systems to resolve this.

I was advised to place another order, to which I replied that this one was already paid for. But if I canceled it and placed another order, in theory, it would arrive without any problems, with what I want, and on time.

But I can't even do that. To make matters worse, I haven't even heard anything about the first order, much less about paying for a second one and spending 700 euros without receiving anything.
I can't do anything; it's a completely helpless situation.

And I know that neither you nor anyone who could help me is to blame, but this is an unpleasant situation.

I can't receive the product. I can't return it. I can't order another one. I can't exchange it... In the end, I paid for it, and I think: "Who knows if it will arrive, and if it does, I hope it's what I want." With this feeling, I want to cancel, but I can't. In the end, there's absolutely nothing I can do on my end.

You're unable to cancel the order, because you already cancelled it. That's why it's giving you an error.

I say this because the status hasn't changed at all, and I haven't heard anything since the first minute I placed the order. That error message appeared the first time I submitted it (meaning I hadn't even tried to cancel it yet, and it was giving me an error). I refreshed the cache several times, waited for over an hour, and the status didn't change, which is why I said it wouldn't let me cancel it.
