Wooting 80HE Q key is malfunctioning

Hello, friend of mine newly bought a wooting 80HE and his keyboard is malfunctioning.
It is perma pressing the Q key.
Its getting progressively worse (up to 2.5 actuation point already).
Already changed switches (switches from other keys and new ones), didnt help.
