Can I edit my pre order

I've sent in a ticket to wooting support to change my aluminium, iso, full space bar with no keycaps to ansi split space bar with key caps. In a regular order the keycaps come included( I checked). I have two questions

1. will wooting let me edit the order this much
2. will they include the key caps for free just like the regular order for this preset
