hello my gd brother
most of the differences are things you can change yourself e.g. switches, pbt keycaps > abs keycaps
according to the specs pages, they are the same
but the sound output of 60he v2 is lower stock than 80he stock
so really, its personal preference
have more keys. thats it
Ok thx
if youre fine with using . key instead of up arrow then 60he v2 is fine
for rythm based games you most likely want to get a 60he be it v2 or not as less keys means the key scanning can theoretically be more stable
And the gt 80 which gives crazy ass custom potential
thats more subjective than an objectively better thing.
but i cant lie, 80he is really nice since you can just rebind right arrow, which is what ive done
Hmm I see
so either you get more keys and the mounting and such of the 80he
OR
you get the 60% layout where you can mod a lot more about it to your preferences
Sometimes my dad uses my pc and I lowkey don’t want him to get mad cuz it won’t be easy to use cuz of learning curve
wdym?
And he’ll know a 60% is pure gaming essence
not really
i personally hate 60%s
He prob won’t know that he gotta do fn smth instead of f row keys even though he’s not bad with technology
ohh right
Why?
portability if ever needed
i mean thats just something you learn once and forget about
meaning they can use the keyboard they prefer where ever
Grave case?
idk what that means
oh yeah but the 60 also can travel without easily.
Facts
i took a 60 to taiwan and im happy it wasnt bigger
I mean idk the led bar is cool the 80he looks better to me and I just like tkl/75
Anyways thx for advice
at the end you choose what you want. all we can do is give you adivce/how others use different form factors.
