I was updating my keyboard and it was on step 3 out of step 7 and then my pc crashed and now when i try to turn it on the keyboard doesnt plug in or connect. I pressed forget device and tried to reconnect it but now it doesnt work. The Led lights arent on but when i plug it into my pc it makes that connection sound.
this is what it says in device manger please help me anyone
