I also had this product for many years now. Yet 0 issues has occured , but i find it strange reading through feedbacks on other wooters having “issues” with their products which i do find it strange. Most of the wooters issues are typing experience, sound,, pricing, dont realize they have to link to wootility for the 1st time to enable keyboard, etc. Things that should be basic knowledge or a online search to resolve issues but instead they rather bash their problems to scrutinize wooting and dethrone their reputations.

Wooting is the most heart warming company i ever seen. Others brands will sell shit products with premium price, harsh policy, and toxic environment.

just 1 small correction: you dont need to ever use wootility with a brand new keyboard for it to work. it should work out of the box.

The reason this discord seems like people mainly have issues is basically a version of negativity bias. Feedback is written sooner for negative experiences as they tend to stick more in our minds and we want to get it resolves/warn others. in reality the feedback/issues posted in here/on the web are a super tiny fraction of sales we do. this goes for shipping issues, support issues as well as issues with the product itself. We wouldnt offer 4years of warranty on the 60he/80he/uwu if we werent confident in them (leds only get 2yrs cause well they are leds). if we ever did a 2he refresh it would prob also get 4years due to new construction methods and such.

We will gladly help anyone reaching out to support as much as we can be it inside or outside the warranty period. We dont want to make e-waste but long lasting companions.

When i received 60he, it wasn’t plug and play for me. The lighting effect, pressing every key, and other functions didn’t work. Only after i opened the wootility web browser did it prompt me o connect/link to the keyboard. I assume that the keyboard didn’t have any built in profile saved to the module memory chip. However, when i linked my keyboard to wootility, it created profiles for me. Im not sure if everyone had to go through the same process, but it was definitely something i had to do

it should come fully pre setup. if nothing worked it was most likely having a firmware error and connecting just reflashed it + resetting it to factory default settings

wootility for the first couple times was like a kid in a candy shop. ive never had a software that can make my keyboard so flexible
