So about the wooting
Well I just found out that stock v2 case won't fit with normal travel cases of the front lip extension

So I suppose only wootings case can support its own keyboard case unless you have an aftermarket case that is normal without the front lip

My personal description on how each of these sound modifier works (Gonna keep it short)
Poron pad- Reduces higher frequencies, More emphasis on the lows and mids
Silicone pad- Reduces mid frequencies, emphasis on either lows or highs depending on the board configuration on which side it leans onto more
PE Foam Film- Lowers high frequencies like Poron but since it doesn't fill in the space between the plate and pcb it's more of a sheet filter rather than a plate foam.
PET Film- Slightly higher mid and less highs

hey i found your youtube channel w the vella 60 pe do you know if its compatible with the wooting 60 he? i know the case fits but the daughterboard is in a different place you haev to slap it off the venom right and since you cant take the original usb of and move it that makes it incompatible right? this would help me alot im thinking of getting one i currently have the woot v2 and worst case scenario i get a venom but would be quite a pain since ive already bought my v2 and its brand new but it looks so clean so im honest;y down to buy it either way

the 60he v2 doesnt have a daughterboard and it doesnt connect to one like how the zoom64 does it so it isnt compatable

but i mean w the vella 60 the port is in the middle and the venom has it to the side so you have the option to make it connected w a daughterboard

Hey! Just to keep it short about what you just discussed, unfortunately no the Vella is not compatible with the Wooting 60HE V2. It's a gummy mount centered USB case that is meant for any universal 60% gummy mount pcb compatible. And as you and gore said earlier, venom and rakka is only compatible with this case since it can use a daughterboard for the center usb whereas wooting is only stuck to left usb.

At least it works okay on the iPad tho if i change channels i still have to click on the typing bar and it doesn’t automaticallyh detect inputs

My work/casual vs gaming

Yes I do switch glass pads (might as well just get a cloth when I'm doing normal work but ion got one)
Neo65, my mx build, I used for everything other than gaming.
Venom60 HE in Vella build is my main driver for gaming, sometime use my Wooting.
IEM wise, mainly drive the Kiwi Ear Astrals but I do sometime switch with my Tangzu XuanNV
