#Wooting 60He+ keyboard "firmware update" not being recognized

did you fix it should work if you just use a different browser
I initially did it on Chrome but "wooting restore" is not appearing on Microsoft Edge either
any more ideas?
Do you see it in device manager?
when you have device manager open (with device by container)
and unplug the device does device manager react (flash/update) to indicate it is detected
if so try to find out what entry goes missing or shows up when reconnected
When the keyboard is unplugged I only see one "HID Keyboard Device"
When I plug the keyboard back I two more "HID Keyboard Device" appear (making a total of 3
I also notice HID and USB devices getting added when plugged in
I feel so dumb like the answer is right in front of me
Make sure to do step 3 and 4
